weasel-pageant is a SSH agent that connects to putty’s pageant and works with windows 10 ubuntu bash.

Installing it is as easy as uncompressing the zip file: https://github.com/vuori/weasel-pageant/releases
And appending the following command .bashrc (replacing /mnt/c/dev/weasel-pageant-1.0/weasel-pageant with the uncompressed path + wasel-pageant):
